Q: What should I do if my pillows and quilts have been used for a while?+

Prolonged use may cause the down to clump due to accumulated moisture. To refresh your pillows and quilts, follow these steps:

Place them in a dry, well-ventilated area for 2-3 days, or tumble dry on low heat for 30 minutes. Avoid direct sunlight as it can cause yellowing.

Once dry, knead the pillow with both hands, fold it in half, and beat it repeatedly to allow air to circulate, helping the pillow return to its fluffy state.
